The Tale Behind the Taste

Colombia and Guatemala

Mr. Pibbles is our medium-dark roast, crafted from just two exceptional coffees. By combining the sweetness of Colombia with the brightness of Guatemala, this blend delivers a rich, full-bodied cup that's bold, balanced, and remarkably smooth.

Colombia – Huila

Small family farms in Pitalito, Huila provide the foundation of the blend. Grown between 1,500 and 1,800 meters and fully washed, these coffees bring notes of milk chocolate, caramel, vanilla, and roasted almond while creating the rich sweetness that defines Mr. Pibbles.

Guatemala – Huehuetenango

Our Guatemala coffee comes through the La Morena Program, an initiative supporting women coffee producers across Huehuetenango and Baja Verapaz. Grown at elevations up to 2,000 meters and fully washed, it contributes gentle brightness, refined sweetness, and balance that keeps the darker roast profile clean and approachable.

Simply Better Together

With only two origins, every component has room to shine. Colombia provides sweetness, body, and structure, while Guatemala contributes balance and lively acidity. Together they create a coffee that's rich and comforting without becoming heavy or bitter.

Roasted to a medium-dark profile, Mr. Pibbles is ideal for drip coffee, French press, espresso, or cold brew.
