What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship all packages using the carrier with the best available price at the time you place your order. We have access to the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, DHL Express and FedEx.

Where is my order?

We roast to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

What are the shipping rates?

SmartShip subscribers enjoy Free Shipping. That is, Subscribe to 2 or more bags and get get Free Shipping.  For One bag Subscriptions, pay $3 flat fee shipping. For one-time orders up to 12oz, shipping is a flat $5. For our 5lb bag, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight. On our Coffee Gear items from Plantery Design, pay $10 flat fee shipping from their Colorado warehouse.
