Giving back is at the heart of everything we do. We share a portion of every coffee sale to help animal shelters provide food, medical care, and support for pets in need. Here’s how we give:

• 10% of profits from all retail coffee sales, including subscriptions, one-time purchases, and bundles, go directly to shelters.

• 5% of profits from wholesale coffee orders help shelters continue their lifesaving work.

If your package was damaged during shipping or is unsafe to consume, we will gladly exchange it for the same blend. Please reach out to us at admin@shelterdogcoffee.com. Due to the nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns for credit or refunds.

Merchandise (apparel, mugs, etc.) must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact admin@shelterdogcoffee.com to start a return.

Store coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dark place at room temperature. Avoid moisture and direct sunlight to preserve freshness.

Whole bean coffee stays fresh for about four weeks with proper storage. For the best taste, grind fresh before brewing. An airtight container can help extend freshness.
